Journey to Tuckerman is a watercolor rendition of a photograph, taken by Peter Dennen. It depicts the spring ritual of hiking up Mount Washington to the headwall of Tuckerman Ravine and skiing down one of the most difficult trails on the east coast. The “Journey to Tuckerman” watercolor was used as the illustration for the feature article “A Spring Ritual for the Fearless”, by Tom Eastman, in the May 2004 issue of New Hampshire Magazine ( www.nhmagazine.com - search on Tom Eastman) .
